Cancellation & Returns
Our policy is fairness and straightforwardness. Please let us know if there is any problem with your order.
Cancellation before dispatch:
You are free to simply cancel any order or part of an order prior to dispatch and you will receive a refund (including associated postage) - but please contact us as soon as possible.
Please contact us prior to returning anything.
If you change your mind, you can return any item without question for a refund, but you will be liable for the postage & package costs both ways.
We guarantee that our goods are as described - or we will refund the full price plus postage & packing costs.
If we have made a mistake, we will do our best to put things right or compensate you.
Any complaint must be made within 7 days of receipt.
